Thank You

A week ago, I was at Pick ‘n Pay Observatory, in the deli section. I saw that the reason I liked one of the salads they have is because of the type of cheese. Now, the deli is an enclosed section and the stuff who work there are supposed to stay and help the customers who come to their counter for hot foods, etc. So, when I enquired about the cheese used in the salad, I was told that it is sold in-store. Danielle, the person behind the counter, not only told me where to find it but she went all the way round and came out to literally show me where the particular item is. Even though her section was not busy at that particular time, I was very much impressed with Danielle as she could have just given me the directions, told me to ask another staff member on the main floor, and then left it at that!

Such people in the employ of Pick 'n Pay are much appreciated. I'm just impressed with this customer oriented attitude, the willingness to be of assistance.
