I wrote a bad review about PicknPay here not too long ago and I am here again with some good news. I am satisfied with the management responded to the spoilt russians I bought from Phillippi Junction in Western Cape. Also the store manager was very professional and they didn't become defensive about the whole situation. I believe in them they can still do better. I even got my refund. And this isn't about the money but quality healthy food that we can afford. I also hope that the store manager will investigate the matter as she promised in order to avoid such occurrences in the future.
