Terrible/Horrible service

What a terrible shopping experience at Pick I Pay Hypermarket Faerie glen. Their staff stands in groups chatting while the people stand-in a queue waiting to pay. The staff working at the tills works at such a slow pace it takes forever to get your shopping done. I have seen numerous complaints about this store and nothing has been done to rectify this ongoing problem. I am very sure I will not do my shopping there anytime soon. Good luck
