Terrible treatment and harrasment by Lerato Lekgothoane

I was treated to very bad customer service and unprofessional conduct at your East Point store in Boksburg on the 26 May 2021. My husband and I went to your store after work and arrived at the store not long before closing time. As we walked in we took a trolley and started doing our grocery shopping. Not even 10 minutes and some lady came walking behind us telling us to finish they want to close. And than the cashier (Letato Lekgothoane) started to clap hands shouting at us to finish. My husband in a hurry went to the till whilst I remained behind to go get furniture polish. As I approached the till I could hear their altercation. My husband asked why are we rushed of which she responded that they are not here to play. I would like to know if she was insinuating that we went to the store to play? She also kept on insulting us and acting all superior whilst people are looking on. Like we are mad or we are wrong for being in the store. She even asked don't we know its their knock off time. I did not even get my freebies and no one cared or told us to go get them. I don't know is this a Pick n Pay East Point culture and for management to accept it. I'm so disappointed. Earlier this month I had an issue at the same store and that was never resolved. No called or anything from that store that's why I believe management is accepting for their customers to be treated like ****. I did not even get everything I had to buy because some of the personnel are clapping hands calling me and some are walking behind me not allowing me to finish my shopping. In conclusion, this is the most traumatizing experience I have ever had whilst shopping. I am a professional and my husband is also a manager where he works and we know how a customer is supposed to be treated and that is definitely not how. Therefore I want Pick n Pay East Point to take accountability for this and tell me how they are gonna resolve this. I will never accept what Lerato and her colleagues did and how the store's management is also ignoring us. I did not finish my shopping and now I am inconvenienced because stuff are still short in the house. I will escalate this matter to the highest level and I will also not rest until Lerato has apologized personally to my husband first and foremost and myself. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter soon.
