Terrible Staff, Terrible Service!!!!!!!

Pick n Pay Douglasdale is rated no.1 but yet their staff are rude, they have attitude and not helpful at all. Went in there on the 3rd April 2019 at 13:25pm, got to the teller right by he door & I asked nicely if I could get pention money. The ladys response was "I don't have, go ask the supervisor". Went to the front desk to find a man and one supervisor chatting away while I was there for 10 minutes for them to address me. The supervisor went to every till and no one had money, she then told me to come after 14:00pm. I got to the front desk at around 15:00pm to find a blonde lady and man sitting having a chat, I asked if there was any money, the lady asked how much, I said an amount over R1000 and she gave me attitude and said we are not allowed to give that amount out only R1000. But on the 2nd of March 2019 I came to get the pension and got the whole amount, why not now? I will defiantly not be coming to this PNP with rude, full of attitude, none helpful staff ever again.
