TERRIBLE SERVICE,PAID FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I ORDERED FROM PICK N PAY ASAP, I ONLY RECEIVED HALF MY ORDER WHEN THE DRIVER CAME HE SAID THERE WAS NO STOCK I SHOULD CALL, I WAS LITRALLY ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 2 HRS BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ESCALATED AND I WOULD RECEIVE MY REFUND, I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AN AGENT TOLD ME SHE ESCALATED IT STILL TODAY NO COMMUNICATION, I WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!!!!!

02 Nov 2023, 08:12i this is day 6 of me requesting my refund ive just about had it with you people and your lack of communication i was last told an investigation is taking place since then no feedback i hold for hours on the line with no assistance. what must i do for you to get me my refund? was it my fault that my order was not delivered fully? why do i have to struggle to get my money back?
