Terrible service, what is ASAP?

I truly don’t think Pick n Pay understands what ASAP means.

2 days, 2 orders. Day 1 order being picked for 5 hours. Until cancellation Day 2 order being picked for 4 hours and ongoing.

Call centre says no drivers on both days, why then offer an ASAP delivery service?
