Terrible Service - Twice Disappointed!

I recently decided to try Pick n Pay ASAP for the first time, and it was a disaster. My Friday order arrived with several items missing, so I had to call their customer service. Be prepared to wait a long time on hold! They did credit the missing items back to my wallet, so I figured I'd give them a second chance.

Yesterday, I ordered again around 12:45 pm, thinking they might improve. I was so wrong! My order didn’t arrive until after 5:30 pm—completely unacceptable for a same-day service. To top it off, one of the items, frozen chips, came completely defrosted. My order number for this frustrating experience was #***7.

After two awful experiences, I’ll definitely be deleting this app.
