Terrible Service Pick n Pay - Doringkloof Mall

Received such bad service from this store. It seems like the staff in this store are very unhappy and don't seem to bother at all. Fridge's don't have handles ,The Food section as a terrible smell.Staff don't seem interested at all in the customer experience .Do staff at Pick n Pay stores ever have service meetings? When last as an Area / Regional manager visited this store ? I would rather prefer a call to my review and not a copy an paste response.
