Terrible Service - Order #*** - Extreme Delivery Delay

Place an order 19 I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the delivery service provided today. I placed an order expecting delivery between 18:30 and 19:00. It is now almost 20:00, and my order has still not arrived. To make matters worse, I have been tracking the driver, who has been heading in the complete opposite direction of my location. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience with this service, and the lack of reliability is becoming unacceptable. I expect a prompt explanation as to why my delivery is so late and why the driver appeared to be lost or heading in the wrong direction.
