TERRIBLE SERVICE NO BLENDER NO R399.99

I joh wat a terrible experience I had with pick n pay Sky City Mall staff. On the 30 March I bought a Blender that was on special for R399.99. I noticed a wiered noisy sound on it while using it as if it's steel grinding of some sort. After couple of days I noticed something like steel powder. I cleaned. On the 20th morning while blending spinach I noticed I was leaking. The steel powder was there as well. I decided not to wipe anything so I can show them. On the 21st I went to the shop I explained everything. The first comment from the lady whom I think was a manager as" who is nlender is this " i responded and immediately she said "aythlokomeli" i tried to explain the reason why i left it that way. Then they'll said I should write my name at the back of the slip they will call on Thursday the 24th they will fix it. I received no call from them up until today the 15th I decided to go check the progress they told me that they called but my number was not going through. I told her that shem must try to call while u was with them she immediately said no maybe it was a network problem. Then I asked about the blende, the lady told me that no the blender has not been fixed and it will not be refunded because I fixed it. I told her that was not true.

She called another lady whom came with an attitude saying that I opened the blender that's it won't be fixed or replaced.The third lady came asking about why is the blender dirty I tried to explain the reason I didn't wipe it. The second lady insisted that I opened the blender and removed the rubber thing inside. I got so furious because she couldn't listen to me when I told her that why would I open a blender that I needed to use so badly. I ended up leaving without my blender and without my R399.99. I so much disappointed and dissatisfied by terrible service. I wonder why would they say the Items has warranty if they won't be able to assist and lie about everything. Why question was did they open all the blenders that they sold to confirm that they all have a rubber thing inside. Which no one responded.

I regret ever buying there.
