TERRIBLE SERVICE IN TERMS OF PAYMENT REVERSALS!!!!!!!

I made a payment at Pick n Pay Irene Mall via Easypay on the 28th of January 2023. The machine kept on declining my cards, however, the amount was deducted of my account. I have been to PnP twice, sent emails to PnP IRENE, and I've contacted Head office. Its been more than 2 weeks and my funds have not been reversed and I dont get ANY Feedback from Pick n Pay Irene. They NEVER answer calls or emails, and I cannot drive there every day for feedback, as they give you the run around in the shop too. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Client service!!!!!!!
