Terrible service I have ever experienced

Yesterday I went to pick 'n pay in Tygervalley Centre to do some groceries. Included in my groceries it was a frying pan which was placed on a shelf that stated price as R119. At the till the frying pan scanned R139, right then I told the cashier that according to my eyes it is R119. Cashier rang the bell for the supervisor to come and intervene and she had a packer. Upon waiting for too long for the supervisor the cashier sent the packer to look for the supervisor. The packer dissapeared for quite some time and after a long time he came empty handed without the supervisor. When asking him where the supervisor is he asked me if "didnt the supervisor come to this till?", this tells me that he met the supervisor but the supervisor got busy with his/her stuff and treated my issue very less. I went to the window where there is pick 'n pay staff member who was dressed in RED and WHITE, I was using a sign language to ask them as to where the supervisor is, she eventually came out NOT HAPPY AT ALL in her face, she seemed annoyed with the fact that i went to that window for enquiring about the supervisor. Finally their "Queen Elizabeth, lady dressed in RED and WHITE" came to me, I asked her why are there no supervisors on the floor? She did not have answers for me instead offered to help me. I told her the frying pan story, she went to the shelf and came back with an answer saying I LOOKED WRONG, the particular frying pan I took is R139 and not R119. With no proof in her hand or explanation to make me believe and educate me as to what I should have done to get the price right from the shelf. She then came to the cashier and attempted to void the whole transaction without even asking me if I go ahead with R139 or it must be voided.

There were no supervisors at all in the floor, and their QUEEN ELIZABETH was just so useless and full of attitude, I definately got that attitude because I am black, Tygervalley is Afrikaaner area. It was a shock and annoyment of me to query something. Should it was an Afrikaaner customer she would have went extra mile to assist with the fraying pay issue, and also advise why supervisors are not on the floor

#Disgusted
