Terrible service HLENGIWE CHONGO PNP DOUGLASDALE

I'm not one to complain but yesterday I went to pnp douglasdale as I always do. My teller HLENGIWE CHONGO. terrible service, she dis not acknowledge me after her customer, I had to greet her and push my products next to her cos clearly she didn't want to reach out for anything, 2kindly she asked me for a bag and said yes, I decided to leave 1 item cos I didn't have enough cash and didn't have my card with me , I asked her if the money I have her was enough for what she had scanned she said she doesn't know with the cash in hand, at the end I asked her where my bag was she said my bag wouldn't have afforded a bag anyways to which I threw a R1 at her for bag.

I work with clients and to have someone disrespect me like that and INSINUATE I dont have MONEY FOR A MERE PLASTIC BAG and its not the 1st time she's done that .. I probably even earn 3 times her salary for her to even THINK I CANT AFFORD A BAG
