Terrible service from your app

Terrible service from the Pick ‘n Pay asap app. I placed an order at 14:22 to be delivered between 16:30 and 17:00. I then called into you contact centre and got zero assistance. Instead the person on the other end of the line by the name of Siphokaze went silent on me in the middle of the call with an explanation. It is now 19:10 and my order is still no where to be found. Surely this isn’t the level of service we should be receiving. Order number ***
