Terrible service from the Pick ‘n Pay ASAP app

So I decided to download the PnP ASAP app which I’d suppose to deliver my purchase, same day with in 60 minutes.Tell me why I ordered at 17:02 and still waiting for my order now at 23:44 no call no text , now I have to go to bed hungry as clearly no order will be delivered today that’s clear , there’s no option to even reverse that transaction as there was no service rendered and yet my money was debited from account , I am so unhappy right now and I feel ****med by the store honestly because what is this . I honestly just want my money I will use a retailer that actually care about it’s customers and deliver as promised
