Terrible service from the ASAP app (Pick N Pay)

On Sunday the 24th of October my partner and I ordered using the ASAP app. We were charged for an item that was not delivered and some of the items delivered were incorrect. The worst part is that we have sent complaints through the app as well as an email, with no feedback or resolution from Pick N Pay.
