Terrible Service from PnP

Used the PnP ASAP app, took 4 hours for my order to be delivered, apart from that a week has passed and my credit from wallet was not paid out to my bank account, the call center staff couldn't assist for a late order plus my payout all they can say is "BACK LOG" and hangs up!
