Terrible service from Pick'n'Pay

I had the worst experience with Pnp. I ordered a TV on 26 November, they sent me a broken TV, I asked them to come fetch it and bring a new one and they never did. I have been following up daily and I still don't have my TV and no one can tell me where it is and when I can expect it. Absolutely appalling. Ref ***
