Terrible service from Pick 'n Pay Forest Hill - Empty promises galore!!!

Pick 'n Pay Forest Hill is pathetic and does not understand the term "client service". I have been trying to sort out my online order since 28 November 2018 and Herson and Herman keep promising they will phone me back and just never deliver! At last, after calling them again yesterday, Herman promised to deliver to my house today. So this morning I get a call from their accounts department to query the payment, of which I sent proof. After 2 weeks of trying to sort this out!!! 2 weeks of empty promises and high frustration levels and still no closer to a solution. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would! Pick 'n Pay will never see me again!!!!
