Terrible service from Pick n Pay

Tonight we placed an online order at 17:27 it was accepted, after an hour we still had not heard anything and after two calls to call centre we finally received confirmation that our order was on its way just to realize that I had to go and fetch it from the driver as the driver did not know how to get to our house due to road works. Once opening the package we saw that the cheese we had ordered was moldy. For a big company like Pick n Pay this is really pathetic service especially in George , Western Cape.
