Terrible Service from Pick n Pay ASAP – Benmore Branch

I am fed up with Pick n Pay ASAP and especially the Benmore branch. I placed an order (#***3) at 14:23, and nearly two hours later, it has still not been delivered. I live just 10 minutes away from Benmore Shopping Centre, yet the driver never called me ***)—they simply returned the order without even trying.

To make things worse, I got a notification that my order was "unsuccessfully delivered" while I was at home the entire time! And, as expected, Benmore Pick n Pay doesn’t even pick up their phone ***), so there’s no way to get assistance.

This is not the first time this has happened, and it’s clear that Pick n Pay just doesn’t care about its customers. No wonder their stores keep closing—with this level of incompetence, it's easy to see why people are taking their business elsewhere. I will never use this service again and will make sure others avoid it too.
