Terrible service from Pick N Pay Asap!

On the 8th of December 2022 I purchased a kettle on pnp asap! I had to take it back to Pick n pay Dobsonville as the kettle stopped working and they indeed confirmed it was faulty. I was told there same model of kettles were no longer in stock instore therefore pnp asap had to refund me. I'm still waiting for my refund even now. I have contacted pick n pay asap on their Facebook inbox requesting for my refund and all I get it is a promise that they will revert back to me which never happens.
