Terrible service from Pick n Pay ASAP

Pick n Pay ASAP, you can learn allot from checkers. I will not use ASAP again, it is no use ordering online and then have some goods short delivered and then wait for feedback on the complaint for more than 24 hours. Checkers responds within 5 minutes to a complaint and its resolved within 15 minutes from complaint. Its been more than 24 hours and I have no solution yet to my short delhvery complaint, and do take NOTE this is now the second time it happens with Pick n Pay. I will rather pay for delivery from checkers as delivery fee are less than the amount Im losing everytime Pick n Pay short deliver.
