Terrible service from pick n pay!!!

On one of my orders, an item was missing and I never received a credit /refund. A week ago, another item was missing and after liaising via email again , I'm still waiting for a refund. What is the problem that pick n pay doesn't credit my wallet?? Don't close a query if you have not refunded my money you owe me!

The first time I ordered on the app, the bag containing the cold items were not delivered with the order. The driver went back to the store to get the bag as the *********** staff member forgot to give that bag to him. I would have loss hundreds of rands if not for the good service /Action from the driver. It seems the delivery drivers are more competent than pick n pay staff.

I'm done with the pick n pay app.. Not worth it.
