TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM PICK N PAY

I placed an order around 8:30 this morning for Easter treats for sm Easter egg hunt with my grandchildren first they messed up my order with replacement items, then claimed the parcel was undeliverable, whilst we were sitting watching the gate waiting, then delivered a parcel that turned out to be a completely different person's order and since have twice Saif they couldn't deliver no one to collect which is utter *******. I came out of hospital yesterday, all the stress of this mess and rude people on the phone has own put meback in hospital. This is the last time I buy on this app. It needs sone serious work
