Terrible Service from Pick N Pay

Good day.

As advised I took my tv to PNP Princess in Roodeport last week. I advised them about the problem. They said that they do t fix tvs and they will send it some other place. I also told them that I want a quotation before I pay a cent as I bought the tv from PNP and not their supplier.

I got a quote of R 1 800 which was ridiculous so I told Loraine not to fix and to return my tv.

Yesterday I got a call to state that I must pay R300/R400 to get my tv back which I did not agree on.

When j left my tv at PNP I specifically told Loraine that I am not gonna pay for repairs if it will cost me over half the purchase price and I must get the quite first.

Please advise on what I should do? Or do I take this matter to the press?

It saddens me that I have bought 3 tvs within the past 4 years from PNP.

Loraine and Thami Thabangu called yesterday and was also very rude with me on the phone. I also need to lay a complaint with regards to this.

Please advise way forward.
