Terrible service from Pick and Pay ASAP

I placed an order at 12H00 on Sunday and received my order around 17H00 Sunday only to come find that out of 30 items paid for I only received 14. Logged a call, but no one comes back to you. No one bothers to call to give some peace of mind. Its unfair that no one cares enough about people financial situation and just have an assumption that we have funds to just go buy the items from another shop while they investigating. Quick to debit someones account, but **** slow to just pick up the phone and explain what is going on
