TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM PICK AND PAY

I'm beyond disappointed with the service or treatment I had to bear with for the past months, I bought my TV in 2019 from pick and pay hyper in maponya mall.... Months later the tv stops workinh...I return it to the store considering it was not accidental damages but something wrong with the tv itself..they have not returned,fixed are are forcing me to take a refund because the tv was on sale.... I do not want cash I want my TV fixed or replaced ....no joy from them and they not interested in my consumer rights whatsoever...where do I escalate this as I feel disregarded and disrespected
