Terrible service from ASAP. No product, feedback, or refund.

Ordered online with ASAP. Delivery came right on time and delivery person very friendly. However, when I unpacked the parcels I saw the 4 items missing. (2 x coffee combo special). I phoned the ASAP customer care immediately. They friendly lady was unable to get hold of the store and escalated the complaint. 3 Hours later I phoned again as nobody rep****. Not sure if I need to wait for the delivery (as the lady said it will be delivered as it is above R150) or if they will refund me or what. I phoned again and the male I spoke to advised there is nothing he can do for me as the matter was already escalated??? He can’t phone the store he can’t find out what is happening and he is not sure what the TAT on this issue could be. Still 4 hours later without the product, feedback, or refund. I will not make use of ASAP again. I will stick to 60/60.
