Terrible service from ASAP and disloyalty

I ordered on the pic n pay ASAP app during check out it said order failed however my money went out and the order number was generated and showing zero items I emailed, called and they promised to void the order Saturday but nothing happened, called again on Sunday they said it will be cancelled by their tech team and promised that by the end of the but until today that order is hanging on my App and never received my money. If it was possible to rate a zero star I would because what the hell. This is not a way to treat customers first it was delayed orders now this.
