Terrible service from ASAP

Two days ago we used the Pick n Pay ASAP delivery service. It came from the Victoria Road branch in PMB. Our delivery was quick, however they left a rather expensive item off the list. It was also paid for! After numerous calls and emails, no one has done anything to help us. They are so slack and unhelpful. This service is disgusting.
