Terrible service

I'm so not happy with the service I received today, 1st time ordering.I placed an order on the asap (pnp the falls)at 10:30 and it was said it will be delivered 12:30-13:00 only for my for my order to be picked and packed at 13:00 after I complained. When the order was out for delivery the driver decided to not complete the trip and just said I was unavailable to get the order and said I didn't answer his call yet I was literally standing outside to receive the order that he cancelled. I tried to call the driver but it went straight to voicemail and his manager or something called me saying what the driver told him. I called him back to find out exactly what happened and was so rude and so not helpful. I requested for the refund and only for it to be cancelled after 2 hours. I'm so unhappy I don't wanna lie
