Terrible service

I don’t understand how an ASAP service takes more than 2hrs to be delivered. I live 1.6km away from Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square, I placed an ASAP order at 4pm, the estimated delivery time was between 5 and 5:30pm. The shopping on the order started at 6pm and the order was collected for delivery at 6:30pm Please explain to me how Pick n Pay is the only grocery delivery service that takes more than 2hrs from ordering to delivery. What is ASAP about that? I use the online service as a form of convenience, but instead it is just a point of frustration. Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square always has miles long queues and that is another reason for me using the online service. It is not the first time that I have had this time issue, but it seems as this is just the standard with Pick n Pay ASAP and that is highly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using the services if they are expecting an ASAP service.
