Terrible service

I used to love using this app till 2 days ago. I made an order on the 13th of December at 13:08, it is now the 14th of December and I still have not received the delivery. I have been calling them only for the consultants to keep giving me the run around. I asked for a refund and they keep saying they processing it and it is now 7pm. I am honestly really upset
