Pick n Pay ASAP giving me the run around about my refund.

05 Mar 2024, 15:05It’s not done as yet, customer care called and told me that the store needs to unpack my order before they can refund. It’s really upsetting my time and airtime to call customer care since last week. I’m not being taken serious here, useless pick pay no wonder your sales are just ****en dropping.
