TERRIBLE SERVICE / CUSTOMER CARE
1 star is a compliment when it comes to customer care. Ordered online and my money was deducted, when I went back on on the app I saw that the order is cancelled but the money did not reflect in my wallet. This was Saturday 28th Sept. Today is day 3 and no response from PicknPay. I've emailed, called. There is just no response. 5 emails later and hours trying to get hold of someone and still no feedback.

The one time I finally got an answer after phoning that exact number the lady said she will transfer me to another call center. I asked her if I leave a voice message will they get back to me. I left the voicemail and no one got back to me. Been 36 hours since I phoned in and no response.
