Terrible service

My mother had placed an order via pnp asap Saturday and the wrong order was delivered and I sent the driver back and I was told that the correct order would be delivered and until today I still have not received my order from pnp Springfield Durban. We have phoned customer service multiple times and they informed us that they would sort it out. Either by sending the correct order or refunding my money. To date, nothing has been actioned.
