Terrible service both in store and from the call center
Pick n Pay Northgate refused to sell me an item marked on the shelf for R139 that scanned for R459 at the till. Prior to picking the item I requested assistance from a PnP staff memeber who confirmed with me that the R139 price was correct. I called their call centre who opened and closed my query without giving me an update. The service was poor and the entire experience was disappointing as I don't know if I can trust any PnP staff memebdr for assistance when in store.

19 Jan 2023, 15:31After seeing this review a new service case was created and I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Thulani who assisted me and provided the item at the price that was displayed in store. I do appreciate his service and him getting back to me. I believe he represented Pick n Pay very well and hope I will still enjoy shopping in their stores all around d the country.
