Terrible service/attitude

<p>I called your store at Trade route mall and the call was cut 5 times this morning, what is going on, why does your staff pick up and drop the receiver.</p> <p>With that being said, overall your staff at that branch definitely need to go on training, from the tellers (except a few who are great - can give their names) the rest suck at their job, have this attitude that clearly show how much they hate being there and many are constantly scratching their heads/themselves, its disgusting especially for those working in the bakery and working with food items - which makes up a large part of what you sell.</p> <p>Clean up your act guys, why such a low level of service as compared to the stores in the northern/eastern suburbs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Check you call log from around 9:10 this morning and you will have proof that your staff are ***********.</p>
