Terrible service at picknpay hyper by the sea

I came into the store to withdraw money from my tyme bank account at a cashier. The cashier was stationed at till point 37 on 10 august 2020 at 09.45am. The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. I then asked to speak to a manager when i was approached by two ladies stating they were managers. Upon explaining to them the course of events, the "manager" then tells me i am wrong for not being able to wait. At which point i snapped and swore all of them. They then call the assistant store manager who still refused to address the fact that a teller, an employee of pick n pay was rude and disrepectful to me as a customer in the store. I asked to speak to the store manager as i was not getting any customer service from these so called managers. Is this the kind of service picknpay gives clients.
