Terrible service at Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction

Terrible customer service at Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction! Only 3 tills are operating and the line of customers are huge. Employees are walking around like nothing is bothering them. I stood in the line at the kiosk and waited forever to get helped. Are we not supposed to help customers quick and effectively especially in these Covid-19 times? I promise myself every time not to go back there but today was the last time Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction will see me. I discussed this matter with a lady behind me in the line and she said I am not the first person to complain about this!
