Terrible Service at Pick 'n Pay, Ottery , Bakery department

On Saturday my daughters and I were at Pick 'n Pay Ottery, and wanted to purchase the doughnut special of buy one get one free. The person assisting was so cold and unfriendly, and did not even make eye contact. When my youngest daughter was still pointing to the doughnuts she wanted, the staff member, Farida, in a cold tone, asked if she can rather serve another customer. There was no one else to serve at the time! She was very irritated, as we did not know immediately which variety of doughnuts we all wanted. An elderly couple then came, and I explained the special. Again Farida, with her cold demeanour approached them. The lady started with her order, and Farida took a packet. The husband, & wife also chirped in, and asked her for the tray. Her very curt and cold response was that they would have to take 6 doughnuts!! to which they responded , they were taking, but choosing a variety. Farida's response was, you asked for 2! I walked off before I said something out of line. I then reported the matter to customer service, who had advised there had been numerous complaints about her, and that they would escalate it to Farida's Managers Manager as nothing had been done. Maybe they need to put Farida in the oven so that she can warm up to customers, or not have her deal with customers at all!!!!
