Terrible service at Pick n Pay Cradlestone Mall.

Today I went to Pick n Pay at Cradlestone where I usually do my shopping. I usually only buy my coke here as it is always on special.

However, today I was horrified at the level of service I received at the check out counter.

After standing in line, till number 1 opened and I was called. I placed my Coke down and proceeded to ask for 2 packets of cigarettes from the cashier. She looked at me baffled as to how I could expect her to get off from her chair, still not even properly dressed for work, and proceeded to tell me to go stand in another queue at the cigarette counter to be helped and bring the items to her. Not taking into consideration that I would cause the other customers to wait even longer as I now join the new queue whereas she can just get up, walk behind the counter and collect the two items and proceed with my transaction.

I am so disappointed in the service. Never have I ever encountered any persons at Pick n Pay who refused to help a customer.
