Terrible service at Pick n Pay

So I went to deposit coins at Capitec bank and since they did not have the facility at the branch I was advised to use a nearby Pick n Pay (Margate) and when I got there the bad attitude I got there I couldn't believe, they refused with no valid reason. So I went to another Pick n Pay in Shelly Beach and there it was worse yet I was referred there by a Capitec branch because they apparently have an arrangement. Now in Shelly Beach Pick n Pay they told me they don't take coins, and that with such rudeness.
