Terrible service and I am injured

I places an order 10:45am for items one of which was cancelled due to "Demand". I was not told that I will no longer be getting the item. I was not given an option to cancel my order. The driver called and said he was out . I told him that the order was wrong and that I will not be taking the order and he told me "whatever I don't work for pick n pay" he almost knock off the road with his car after trying to drive off with my parcel. I got hurt on my knee because his tow bar hit my knee. He did not car and told me that he was trying to reverse and I'm busy trying to make noise. I want my many back right now
