Terrible service and goods received.

I bought an electric blanket a few days ago… upon opening it, not only did I find it to have been used (it had visible stains all over) but it was also not working.

Upon returning it to the store this morning, I was told that I shouldn’t have opened it and that I wouldn’t be refunded because I HAVE USED IT.

I am so appalled and want my money back.
