TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Greetings. I am still waiting for "feedback" in regards to my complaint about my last order. It has been a day now with no correspondence. What is this? My order was not only delivered sipping wet but the driver didn't even bother to hand it to me and left it at the stairs of my building entrance IN THE RAIN!!!! I've reported this via the app, I've sent an email AND I even tweeted and nothing has been done. Pick n pay asap's service really just gets worse and worse each time...
