Terrible Service and Attitude

Terrible service. I ordered and payed for two cases of beer on the 21st of March. A lady called me stating that they do not have one of the 2 cases I already paid for. I said that it’s ok, they must just deliver the one they have and refund me for the other one. She said that is fine l, she will amend the order and action the refund.

A week later I send them an email regarding the refund which was still not done. Note, there is no way to call them, you can only email. I get a call from a man asking what the issue is and I explained to him. He then assured me that the refund was actioned and should appear in my account in 3 working days.

Since then I have sent 3 mails with no reply. It is now the 4th of April and I’ve received no feedback at all.

I would advise everyone against using this app. They are overpriced, they don’t have anything in stock that is on the app and they clearly don’t have any after sale customer care.
