Terrible Service AGAIN

Place an order at 18:24 yesterday evening. 2019-11-27 after 60 minutes i had to call in to get an update as the app said the drinks were being collected. i was informed the driver was 10 mins away. so time later i received a call that on of the wines was out of stock could they send 2 bottles of the one. i was happy with that. i had to call back again to follow up. after 90 minutes i was then called to say that the swap cannot happen my order is to be cancelled and be refunded.

so tell we what is the point of using the Bottles app. you are there to deliver a service. you facebook profile says "alcohol delivered in 60 minutes" NOT! you service stinks and this is not the first time i have had this issue. i will not accept excuses about your suppliers and or other prtners you company delivers a service and for a fee. so deliver what you have stated you would.

i am waiting for my refund now which is also unacceptable. you can cancel my order immediately so i want my refund immediately.

thank goodness there are other companies like Uber Eats and Mr D out there
